Comparison Time!

☠️ Skelly Bones ☠️ is from the new RIP collection that is releasing this morning by @CrackedPolish . This is a reanimation of “Pink Hair Strands” a polish that is now discontinued.
It is a white with pink and purple shimmers.

👩🏻‍🎤 Pink Hair Strands 👩🏻‍🎤 is the discontinued polish also by cracked, it was originally released in the Holograms collection almost 2 years ago.
It is a sheer frosted pink with pink and lilac shimmers.

I swatched both of these here in 3 coats to show how they both build. Over “Spill the Tea” which is a light beige jelly by cracked that I think makes an excellent pallet base tone for a comparison to go over. (Spill the Tea is literally one of my favorite go-to polishes ever, I need like, three more bottles 🤣)

I find that the biggest differences are the base colors but honestly it’s not super noticeable on the nail, and also the shimmer in Skelly Bones is more shifty from pink/purple with a more golden extreme angle shift, where in Pink Hair Strands it stays mostly in pink and purple shifts. I think many people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between the two to be honest 🥰🫶
