I don't buy from Mac, I got this blush as a gift and I love the color of it.
I hit pan, but I hate this formula. It feels like playdough and it sits on top of the skin which I hate. It only looks ok applied in the thinnest layer, but then the color is so sheer it doesn't show up much. It also lasts poorly and smudges throughout the day. I tried using it as a base for powder blushes, but then powder blushes apply patchy over it. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and I'm thinking of decluttering it.

It sounds like you’ve given it more than a fair chance. I’m personally not a fan of hate panning just because life’s too short to make myself use up something I genuinely don’t like.
Would this work as an eyeshadow or under eye brightener on light makeup days?
