Calling out to all perfume lovers! Of late, I’ve been on a discovery journey on Korean fragrances. In part, I’ve was introduced to Tamburins, Kinfolk, Borntostandout, Granhand, Nonfiction, pesade plus many other brands that I have yet to discover.

I love the subtle notes that some of these fragrance bring about and the cute packaging for some – like Tamburins perfume balm – I like how the magnetic closure and ease of carrying around. The fragrance notes blend in the complexity and elements that I find uniquely Asian – like incorporating tea scents – I love tea scents that’s not too cloying – like Granhand’s Noll Perfume.

Have you tried any other Korean or Asian branded perfume? Love to hear your opinion on it.

I used to be flippant about using Non-Fiction because it was trendy but honestly the Neroli Dream perfume is my favourite now and I’m mad I only purchased the small size! Longevity is about 8/10

I love the Tamburins perfume balm too – again, Pear Suede was a blind buy but it’s become a perfume I use so much more than I thought I would. I love their bottled perfume too but the longevity isn’t as a good I’ve noticed and fades fast, amount 4/10 but the balm is 9/10 long lasting.

I recently picked up Coyseio’s 038 perfume, mainly for the packaging, but the light wispy scent of lily, lemon and bergamot is very nice for a day out. Longevity is about 7/10, it sticks well to clothes.

This one is US based Korean brand, idk if that counts at all, called Eleorea. My cousin got me a sample set when he visited me in Australia and they have beautiful scents – more heavy on the notes dependint on the collection and they all have stories to go with each smell. Git was my favourite because it was floral and lychee based. Longevity was about 8/10!!
