Separation??

Am I being nit picky about how my foundation is settling? This happens every time I wear foundation, both western and eastern cosmetics do this.

Today my base is the following:
Lotion – ETUDE’s SoonJung 2x barrier intensive
Primer – NYX marshmallow smoothing primer
Concealer – ELF hydrating camo concealer
Foundation – CLIO kill cover mesh glow cushion
Powder – Beauty Baker flour setting powder
Setting spray – ELF dewy coconut setting mist

I make sure water based goes with water based and the same with silicone bases. I’ve tried matte, dewy/hydrating, combo setting sprays. I’ve tried different techniques of applying product with brushes, sponges, fingers/hands. Any thing I try, this weird separation happens. Is this a case of social media blindness on my end??
