This is my Shiseido ultimune eye cream/serum. I've been using it daily since hoday season 2024 and this morning, heard the pump of death. No more product…. WRONG! I always open up my near empty containers and scrape em out but this one is crimped shut and is not easily opened. So I took a hammer and a tea towel onto the balcony and with one swift strike, the outer shell cracked and I was able to pull out the inner container very easily. The actual vessel screwed off really easily! Inside, I was surprised that the inside of the walls of the container is actually a soft plastic. Not as flexible as a Ziploc bag but not as thick or stiff as a milk jug… Somewhere in between. I was able to dip a small spatula tool in and I've got at least a week's worth of product left! Huzzah! 😍🎉
