Why did Jill Stuart have to discontinue their U.S brand💔

I really wish Jill Stuart didn’t discontinue their U.S brand. Their products are not only pretty, but they’re formulated so nicely. I so badly want the Midnight Cherry collection but now site/app is currently selling it. But I have another lip blossom lipstick and blush coming in so I’m excited ^{_^}
