Thoughts on Reihaku Hatomugi Skin Conditioner?

Has anyone ever used it? Is it similar to the Naturie or Cézanne hatomugi toners? I didn't find too much discussion on this one.

I heard it's been discontinued but I saw some online stores selling it.
