I have naturally very long lashes but- they curl down and are clumpy. I’m looking for a mascara that will give me very long and beautiful-looking lashes! I’ve tried:
(1) L’Oréal Telescopic
(2) Glossier Mascara
(I’d also love recommendations for single lashes- I’ve never tried them before!)
I’ve only ever tried Western mascara but, heard very good things about Asian mascara~ Does anyone have any recs? x
I love seeing how beautiful the lashes are whenever I watch anime~ I know it’s anime!! But- is there anything I can do to make it look similar? 🙂
Any advice or tips are appreciated <33!!

It’s very hard to really get that specific anime/manga shape with natural lashes, but the best I’ve ever found for holding curl and length is the Heroine Make by Kiss Me mascara. Asian ones are definitely better for curl hold, but if you see that anime look on people it’s almost always going to be false lashes
I know the kiss me one is a cult fave but it just doesn’t work the way I want. I own 3 of them and it’s way too clumpy. I prefer the etude curl fix mascara! I also really like the judydoll iron mascara when I want a light and natural look and it’s especially great for the lower lashes
**PS.** I have a Shiseido Lash curler but, it stays unused because I can never figure out how to use it 🙁 It’s so scary lol!!
Any tips for that would be very helpful too! I hate how my lashes go down instead of upwards~
I think you can achieve “anime lashes” with any waterproof mascara, really. Now, keep in mind my lashes are naturally long and curly, so this depends on your type of lashes. I’ve seen the term “Asian lashes” before, people referring to their lashes that are straight and short; and they often recommend Asian mascaras for this type of eyelash hair.
I love the formula judydoll uses, it really doesn’t budge. I cry a lot during the day and let me tell you, I wear a judydoll mascara when I know I’m going out and might cry; and it doesn’t move!
Maybe you should try this one? Mainly because of the way they advertise it. The judydoll duo mascara.

I don’t really like Western mascaras. I love Judydoll, but recently discovered Coringco Mak-Cara Skinny Long& Curl Waterproof Mascara. Instead of the Judydoll non-brush applicator, it had a small brush that lets you reach lash. And it makes my straight Asian lashes look naturally curly! It comes in black and brown.
