Just returned from a trip to Taipei. My skin type is combination and oilier in the summer while getting a little dry in fall/winter, so I got products that can cover a variety of concerns. Embarrassingly, this isn’t even everything I got!
-Anessa UV Milk set (included 2 milk minis and 1 mini gel)
-Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence 2 for 1
-face masks: Lovemore/From Taiwan Pearl Barley and Milk and Neogence Aqua Burst Series (both for brightening )
-1028 Super Slim Curl Mascara. Teeny tiny wand that gets every lash, natural look, doesn’t budge.
-Yuan face masks and bar soap. This is a niche brand (I think) sold in Sogo department store focused on herbal remedies/Chinese medicine. The mugwort mask was really nice while dealing with some breakouts!
-L’oreal hair oil which has more available formulas in Asia than I see in the U.S. Someone mentioned this in another post here I think. Nice herbal smell in the green bottle, works well on fine hair.
-Sana face wash and makeup base. The base is a hydrating formula with slight beige tint and SPF. I wouldn’t use it as my sunscreen but felt nice as a primer even in humid Taiwan.
-Recipeo Moist UV Milk. For dry and sensitive skin. I went to Matsumoto Kiyoshi looking for the Biore Airy Hold Cream and it was sold out at all the stores. A clerk recommended this because it was also really popular and they were down to the last 2 bottles, so why not? Mineral formula for dry and sensitive skin.
-Parnell Cica cushion. I know this is on Amazon now but I was happy to test shades in person. Nice light coverage, blends easy.
