these are all the products i’m aiming to finish by the end of july, product list and thoughts:
(most products bought in mid to late 2023, besides the the 3ce products bought in early 2022)
mac omega – an eyeshadow single i use for nose and face contour. i used to use it for only nose contour so it took me ages to pan because i started using it as a face contour to contour my jaw and forehead (bought around july-sept 2023)
clio cushion foundation shade 3 – this one’s been opened for a while so it gets patchy on my skin but it’s easy to finish so just keen to finish and move on to my other cushions
charlotte tilbury powder – easy to pan, does the work well, unsure if i want to repurchase at the moment as i’ve finished the lighter shade of those so would try something different. it’s getting difficult to get product out
elf primer – only 24ml so it goes quite fast as i use multiple pumps per application! does the job but i had problems with using this with the clio cushion today
3ce eyeshadow in overtake – this was SO popular in china maybe 2-3 years back? literally almost everyone had one and it still remains one of the most popular beginner pallets everyone gets, honestly i don’t know why i ever bought one because this is a hate pan for sure. i can’t get it to work as the colors are too warm for me and doesn’t suit my skin tone at all and makes me look ORANGE 😔 the only panned shade is from using it to glitter my eyelids or inner corner
kylie cosmetics kylighter in princess please – icy, gorgeous and a whopping 7.9g of product. i hope to finish this😼 so please believe in me, love this and i’ve always forgot to use this tbh but for a while i used it to highlight my collarbone. had to deal with a bit of hard pan but it’s still nice
ilia blush stick mini in at last (i believe, it doesn’t say) – sample got from mecca beauty loop, it’s gone down a lot but somehow haven’t seen a big difference even tho i use it every chance i get, blends beautifully but just wants to move on from this shade as i prefer cooler colors
3ce blush in rose beige – same as the eyeshadow. the blush itself is nice but this shade is not for me. i bought this in 2022 when i started learning makeup along with the eyeshadow based on internet reviews, eventually learned my tones and abandoned this for the shade delectable, finished that blush and decided to come back to it as i’ve hit a small pan on this and i just want to finish it now. trying very hard to love this but it’s just too warm on me. luckily my highlighter waters the color down a bit
