I have been buying from LW for over a year now. I placed an order with them last week. From the jump I could see my card has been charged twice. I have been reaching out to them for days with zero response.

I understand these things take time. However, I would appreciate any response just to know they are investigating the matter. I have found a few trust pilot reviews saying their customer service is bad, so now I am stressed. I do not have this money. I was treating myself to skincare because my family sent me money for my birthday.

*for context I am Canadian but I live in Europe. I use my Canadian CC when family sends me money. That's why the transactions show up as CAD and EUR.

    That is super strange, I use LW for 2 years (I line in the Netherlands). I contacted support not so long ago and they even send me a free new pack of product I have problems with. Their response took days, indeed. Can you do the chargeback via bank?

  2. That’s unfortunate and I hope it gets resolved soon. That said, I’ve been buying from them since 2017 and have never had an issue, although I guess I’ve never used a credit card, just the direct bank transfer that’s more common in the Netherlands.

    I live near a physical store and I haven’t had any issues, they’re definitely legit so calling them thieves because they haven’t gotten back to you since last week (one business day) might be jumping the gun. Give it some time, I’m sure they’ll get back to you.
