Empty product is Neutrogena Shine Control Rice Complex Powder
New product is ELF Halo Glow
After foreverrr with the Neutrogena, I was ready for something new! I love the Halo Glow loose powder so I thought I’d try the pressed to match. I think it gives such a beautiful natural matte finish!
The Neutrogena powder is just okay. Not a flat matte finish which is nice, but it hardpans easily and crumbles if you drop it, which isn’t very convenient for touch ups. The compact packaging is nice, and I’ll be repressing a blush into it.
