Best PDRN Toner between Genabelle and Heveblue ?

I currently have the Genabelle serum which I really like and I'm tempted to also add a PDRN toner instead of my current one. Should I stay with Genabelle too for the toner or should I go with Heveblue which I heard is super famous ? ( I have combination skin, mostly looking for something to hydrate and keeping a youthful skin)
