What are these tiny bumps and how do I get rid of them? Two of them are red and the rest are my skin color. The bigger one to the left outside the circle is an old pimple that’s healing. I don’t want these bumps to turn into pimples, I’m worried because the two are red.

Do you have fringes/bangs? I do and my forehead developed something similar when I switched conditioner.
