I’m not entirely sure what to do with this type of chalky matte eyeshadow. It doesn’t have any glitter/sheen to it, so I can’t really use it as a highlighter, and it’s transparent enough that it doesn’t really show up on my lids so it doesn’t really look like a base shade or anything. But when I use it under the other shades it just kind of dilutes them, which isn’t what I want? What do you all do with yours? I use all of the other shades (or at least can _think_ of a way to use them even if I don’t actually touch them that often).
