Back again with my skin healing journey – week three. I took a small break from the skincare and just focused on chilling, and my skin SUFFERED.
Here is the updated list of products used:
AM:

Cosrx Whitead power liquid or BOJ AHA BHA Green toner

Once or twice weekly:
BOJ rice and honey mask
TCFS Royal Collagen Ampoule Serum
Kaine Green calming gel
I’ve noticed my skin is brighter, tighter and much more hydrated
Whiteheads are down by so much, and in general cell turnover is much higher
The breakouts on my chin are due to the stop/start routine, but when I was consistent it was almost down to none.
Cannot recommend this routine enough, the slow build up over four weeks has been brilliant, and I have had no issues or negative side effects from anything.
As I said in the original post, my skin was destroyed from anxiety and stress, as well as lupus and the general fragility of my skin. Now that I am caring for my skin type and actually focusing on what sort of skin I have, the process has been amazing.
