Title! It’s SPF 50+ PA++++, goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and most of all, it’s dirt cheap. Wondering why this isn’t hyped to the moon? Is there something I’m missing or is it a preference thing?
It’s the first AB sunscreen I ever heard of and is always on the “what sunscreen should I buy” list. I feel like it’s considered the OG

Nah, It’s so popular we barely talk about it, as it’s kind of standard haha. It’s OG, it’s my HG, I love talking about skin aqua 🤭

I love it, but it’s expensive for the size of the bottle. It’s just too small to be an everyday product for me.

I always thought it is. Especially here on this sub. But personally I always thought korean sunscreens get more hype everywhere else is because the have no/little alcohol in them.

I think it’s because of its high alcohol content, which can irritate some people. I have very sensitive acne-prone oily/combination skin, and I’m using Epiduo, which complicates things even more. I use it sparingly for that reason. But it looks divine. If it didn’t contain alcohol—like the Skin Aqua Super Moisture Milk—I’d use it much more often.
It’s never caused any issues, though, I just want to stay super cautious

I see people talking about it all the time! I used it at one point too

It’s such a mainstay that it doesn’t even need the hype? lol
The Super Moisture Barrier UV Gel is the version I always return to.

It was my HG but they reformulated recently. The gold and white bottles are more suitable for me. The newer bottles are super super glowy. I put the old and new on next to each other and the look and feel were completely different ): I’m using OMI Sun bears active protect now, reminds me of the old super aqua.

Is it suitable for dry skinned folk? What’s the finish like?
