Products used:1 coat OPI Base coat, 1 coat MC Serpents of Eden, 1 coat MC Techtonic Shift, 2 coats MC speed demon.
I use a double TC situation – so, I start off with a quick dry topcoat, and then I add a plumping top coat over that. Mostly these days I’ve been using KB shimmers, quick dry topcoat, and then topping that with Seche Vive Gel Effect (though I am not sure if I got the name right).
There are topcoats called “glitter grabbers” that specifically do what you’re looking for. I have one from Glisten & Glow that works great, but lots of brands make them!
I ended up with cuticula’s quenched for my glitter.
