First pain in the ND Biba. Shade Monroe. I’ve not been trying to hit pan on this, but over the last 3 years I’ve used this shade occasionally as a topper and hit pan today. As you can see by the other shades, I rarely use this palette as a whole. I actually don’t really like it on me. A lot of the shades are too warm for my personal preferences.
