    1. **TL;DR: I tried the #1 hydrating toner on hwahae, but my skin said nope — felt more like BHA than hydration, with no plumping effect. Broke me out instantly on first use. Never touched it again. My first ever flop.**

*Note: Besides hwahae, I couldn’t find many proper reviews on this, so I thought I’d test it myself and put this out there for anyone wondering the same.*

I had high expectations for this one. **S.Nature’s Aqua Oasis Toner** is ranked #1 on hwahae with a glowing ⭐️ 4.7 rating and nearly 18,000 reviews. It promises hydration, a touch of moisturisation, mild exfoliation, and a hypoallergenic formula suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It sounded like the perfect product — gentle, multitasking, and highly rated.

      So I bought it.

      And then… it completely flopped.

This was my first ever flop purchase in skincare.

For reference: I have pretty resilient skin — it can handle a lot and isn’t sensitive. I usually fall into the category of people who like most products they try. And if I don’t like something, it’s usually just neutral: not for me, but no reaction either. I used to be oily, especially in the T-zone, but after starting tretinoin, my skin completely changed and now leans dry (which I consider a blessing lol) and overall balanced.

This toner, however, didn’t work for me at all. It didn’t feel hydrating. If anything, it felt almost like applying BHA — tight, slightly uncomfortable, and nothing like the satisfying plumping you get as you layer a good hydrating toner. *pop, pop, pop, pop…* My skin straight up rebelled with tiny pimples. It was the only new product I had introduced, and everything calmed down once I stopped using it.

So I only used it once and had zero desire to try it again. I know it sounds a bit harsh, but I’ve got this complex where if my first product from a brand flops, I immediately lose interest in everything else they make. Like, we’re done bruv.

As always, it’s YMMV — didn’t work for me, but it might for you.

      Anyone else tried this?

This stuff has SO MUCH hyaluronic acid in it, which is extremely irritating for a lot of people. I tried the cream and it was also horrible.
