First ever manicure that’s not a set of HEB press-ons

My momma did my nails with dip powder on Monday, and she's only ever done her own nails a handful of times before, so it took about ~3 hours to get that done lol. Just earlier today I went and painted a layer of white gel to give it a more even color. I am also not a professional by any means either and I've painted my own nails exactly four times in my entire life, so that also took an hour and a half to do 😭

So… they're messy lol. But I think they're cute and I think doing them will get easier with time. Whatever tips y'all have (if you have em), I'd really appreciate and love to hear 🫶
