My skin barrier got destroyed a month ago because of azelaic acid cream. Since then I've been getting redness, itchiness and burns on my face. It has improved but isn't healed fully. Therefore, I am looking for a cleanser under budget that wouldn't break me out but is also gentle for my damaged skin. This cosrx cica cleanser is acne prone skin friendly plus it says that it strengthens the barrier. But I am confused on whether i should give it a try or not. I can't afford la rosche possay cicaplast cuz it's too expensive as it's imported :'(

    1. I don’t have the same issue or skin type as you (I have combination sensitive/rosacea) but my skin liked this one! I’ve since switched to a different one but I found it gentle enough. Also love the etude soon Jung whip cleanser and the pyunkang yul foaming cleanser, both have been very gentle on my skin
