hi this is my first post here but for those who own the b.lab matcha hydrating foam cleanser, is it normal for the cleanser to become more watery and separated after a while?
i’ve used it for only a few months and it’s not close to expiration at all so i’m not sure if it’s the formula or if it’s me ðŸ˜

Weird, I never had that happen to me! It’s always been that thick paste for me.
If not a storage issue (on your end), then maybe something during shipping/after manufacturing (would hope that if something were seriously wrong, QC would have flagged the batch).
Mine does separate sometimes but never this watery
