Skin type: Oily
Climate: Dry
I heard this toner works well with the Torriden serum, so I picked one up to give it a try.
I poured some onto my hands and patted it into my skin. Once it dried, I followed up with a few drops of the serum.
This toner is basically just water. It looks like water, feels like water. But it has that distinct cosmetic scent.
As for hydration, honestly, I didn’t feel much. It’s too watery to be moisturizing. Don’t think I’ll repurchase.
The serum also felt super thin, almost like water. If the toner had the consistency of the serum, it would have been much better.
In Korea, there’s a skincare trend called the hyaluronic shower, where you apply a hyaluronic acid product before showering.
The idea is that since HA pulls in moisture, it can absorb the steam while you shower.
People usually use cream type products for this, but since I probably won’t be using this toner anymore, I might as well use it for hyaluronic showers.
