Tower 28 Super Dew Highlighter Balm – I bought this as a substitute for my favorite highlighter by Tom Ford (part of the shade and illuminate duo). Unfortunately it did not live up to my hopes as a cheaper alternative. It looks very pretty with the effect of a wet sheen. However, it sticks to everything. I used it up by layering it and only using it on days I had my hair in a ponytail. Will not repurchase.
