I finished this eye cream from The Inkey List. I like it, the formula is gel-cream and absorbs fast into the skin and does not leave sticky or oily residue. It moisturizes under my eyes pretty well and helps the puffiness. This is one of eye cream formulas that I think it does not cause tiny bumps under my eyes as well. However, I don’t see any improvement with my dark eye circles. I will repurchase in the future and I will give this product a 4/5.
