How to get rid of this?

What are these?

Skin type : combination/dry to very dry
Acne prone : no, although I tend to get a lot of closed comedones idk why

So I recently saw this hole type of thing on my cheeks but I have no idea what it is and how it happened. I rarely get any pimples and my skin is pretty much clear but I get a lot of closed comedones here and there. There wasn’t any bump or anything on this spot a week ago and suddenly I see this.
Please tell me about it thing and most importantly how to fix it. I really want to get rid of it!!!
