My dry under eyes do well with this, and it’s also nice as a base when traveling. I have another ready to go already, but I am wondering if I should go back to my NARS Radiant Creamy (before their sale ends today), or try Tower 28 for under eyes 🤷🏻♀️If it ain’t broke, though…🤔
