I bought the new version that has just recently came out. I was skeptical, but I enjoyed the regular version.. so I was bummer when they reformulated and made it worse in my opinion. Theres now some essential oils, which I avoid, and coconut oil.
It feels very oily (as to be expected) and thinner than previous version. It is now clear, with a yellow-ish bottle, as before it was yellow-ish, with a clear bottle!
The smell, it is medicinal and pretty strong in my opinion. I used it 3 times. I wont be using it again. Each time my face was a little red, but I thought maybe it was because I came from outside and got a bug bite, which does happen often, mosquitos here. It could be a mix of both. But this time (today) I made sure I had no bug bites before using it.
I felt a little hive after using it, figuring it was a bug bite, but I looked around my whole face and it did have some red areas as well.. so it was most likely the oil cleanser.
I wont be using it any more. Instead of wasting it, it makes a good foot oil.
If you’re not sensitive, and dont mind medicinal smells, give it a try if you find it cheap. I paid about $12USD.

Also, recommend me some essential oil and fragrance free oil cleansers. I’ll need a new one soon!
