At the advice of my dermatologist I've been trying to switch to more fragrance free products in my personal care in an attempt to reduce my eczema flare-ups. Here are some recent empties and brief reviews:

Paula's Choice Clear Pore Normalizing Cleanser 10/10, WRP.

Gentle, non-stripping formula. Helps reduce clogged pores without angering my eczema.

Paula's Choice Smooth Finish Conditioner 9/10, WRP.

Lightweight with decent slip. No off-putting smell (in looking at you, Kristin Ess frag free conditioner). I wish it was just a bit thicker.

Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramides 8/10, WRP.

This is a good summer moisturizer – light, non-irritating, doesn't cause acne. Applying more than a very light layer results in pilling for me. If anyone has a thicker (or thinner product that can be applied in multiple light layers), frag free recommendations for winter I'd love to hear them. I previously used the CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion but realized it was breaking me out.

Paula's Choice Boost 10% Azelaic Acid Booster 1/10, WNRP.

I used this daily for a month and saw no reduction in my rosacea redness. If anything, my skin burned slightly after applying. I'm going to see if my derm has something better she can prescribe.

    Aczone 7.5%, 7/10, WNRP.

This works best for closed comedones. I've used this on and off for years and I think I've decided a prescription retinoid works better.
