Over the years have tried many lippies while looking for that mythically perfect MLBB color. recently realized that the lone 4 I've kept long-term, despite looking very different in their tubes, all appear as very similar shades on my lips. So I'm calling the mission an unrealized success! I know that they're all pretty popular shades, but wanted to document how they look in comparison for my own memory and am sharing in case it can help someone else.
Photos were taken in the same indoor lighting (iirc bulb color is 4000K) on the same evening. Cleansed between lip swatches to remove lingering stain. Skin is pale, neutral, and muted with moderate rosacea. Yes, my face is a shade darker than my neck and insides of arms despite sunscreen and hat use.
As a side note, if anyone knows of a satin-finish bullet lipstick in a similar shade to JLT in Bare Grape would be super grateful.
