I recently purchased the Tony Moly Plump-kim retinol eye cream. I’m fairly new to skincare as a whole and decided to go with Korean based skincare. However, when looking at the ingredients I noticed the retinol was at 2.2ppd. Is that a lot? Is it even accurate??
