Hoping to get reviews on the SK-II essence, especially from sensitive skin people 🙂 Did you notice a difference in your skin? Any irritation?

I’m in Japan and deciding whether I should stock up since it’s much cheaper here.

    1. I am a user of SK-ll for 8 long years before I switched. I started when I was 17 and stopped when I was 25. My skin is mildly sensitive as well.

I used to use the full line from SK-ll (face wash, toner, essence, serum and face cream) and they were really good. I had nice glowing skin but towards the end of the 8 year journey,I started to break out suddenly when there was no change towards my skincare and lifestyle routine.

My mom broke out pretty bad when she first tried the essence so she stopped from the very beginning.

The glow is really good though, I had compliments regarding my skin constantly.

The price is really costly and not everyone’s skin reacts well to SK-ll, I highly recommend you to buy a small sample size to try first. If there’s no negative reaction you can go ahead to purchase the full sized bottle. Do note that the smell of it is really BAD, but I pressed on because the product was good to me at that point of time.
