I made my first purchase from olive young during the Big Bang sale and there was a free gift for first time purchases that were over 109$
Sorry the pic is so blurry it was a screen shot that I had to zoom in.
But as you can see it is multiple items that were sample sizes and then 1 or 2 full size products I can’t remember exactly but I was super excited about it.
When I opened my package all I got for the free gift was 10 sheet masks (second pic) 😣 I emailed them about it and they told me that’s what the free gift was.
Did anyone else have this experience?
I was super disappointed as it’s my first experience buying from them.
