1. Romand Lip Matte Pencil. Usually, I would say that most Romand products are mediocre, but these are actually really good; the second best AB lip liner I tried formula-wise. They’re super creamy and glide onto your lips super well. Only downslide is that there’s only 6 shades avaliable, one of which is a lip contour, so technically there are five 5. I have 4 of them.
2. Dasique Mood Blur Lip Pencil. I do like them, but they aren’t the best. They do come in more shades that the Romand ones (9 or 10 depending on whether or not you include the contour shade), but most of the shades look very similar to one another. I thought 06, 07, 08, and 09 were going to look very different from one another, but they all ended up looking very similar on me. Formula-wise, they are creamy and glides well on the lips, but doesn’t apply as evenly on the lips as the Romand ones do.
3. Heart Percent Dot On Mood Pencil. Best lip liners ever! I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are super creamy, pigmented, glides easily, and apply smoothly. And they have 20 shades available (although a few of them are contour/highlight shades). I have six of them, all of which I ordered from Olive Young, because YesStyle and StyleKorean doesn’t carry this brand as of now, so I did pay like 2x more for them that I did with all of my other AB lip liners.
4. Colorgram All In One Over Lip Maker. They’re great, but not as creamy and pigmented as the Heart Percent ones. I do love how they each include a contour on one end of the lip liners, although I don’t know how to contour lips the Asian way, lol. The pink shades do look kind of similar to each other, though. I have all 5 shades.
5. Flortte 2-in-1 Lip Pencil. They’re just ok formula wise. Pretty good, but not the best. They do glide smoothly, but don’t apply as evenly on the lips. Obviously, they come in the cutest packaging, and they’re also double-sided like the Colorgram ones are. The first 4 shades all feature pink hearts and a cat or dog on the packaging and includes a lip contour in addiction to the lip color. Shade 05 however, features blue hearts and a bunny on their packinging, and has a highlighter instead of a contour. And is also a nude/brown shade. It’s very unique.
Overall, I obviously love the Heart Percent ones the most in terms of formula and color selection, but I also love the Flortte ones for packaging, lol.
