I finished this eyeliner from Rimmel. This is a product that I hate but I still put in my project pan to make my money worth. The formula is creamy but it does not stay at all. I used it on my eyes and only a couple hours later, I can see smudge under my lower lash line. Therefore, I only used a tiny bit to define my eye shape a little bit. It took me a long time to finish this up and I will never buy this again. I will give this product 2/5
