I saw on Amazon really cheap Gua shua (5 to 10 USD) made of stainless steel, but I also saw more expensive ones (20 to 30 USD) from brands like Mount Lai and SACHEU.
I do not understand if there are differences, if one has better quality, if they have different porosity…
