Hiya Reddit! These are my September empties. I am pregnant with my first one and my nesting instincts decided to declutter my whole house, including all of my skincare and makeup so I have been steadily working my way through my stash 🙂
– maybelline lash sensational sky high mascara in cosmic black. This is one of my most favourite mascaras. They usually come on an offer of 3 for 2 so I already have backups.
– Estée Lauder Micro Essence Treatment lotion in jumbo size. This one was gifted to me. I did not notice any specific positive or negative impact on my skin that can be attributed to this. I mostly used it as a base for my hyaluronic acid serums and mixed it with the ascorbic acid powder from the ordinary. Will not be purchasing as I’m more interested into k/j beauty products at the moment.
-The ordinary squaline cleanser. This was a hate pan and I will not be repurchasing
-Cosrx advanced snail mucin power essence. This is a nice added layer of hydration and as my skin is quite oily, I really like the light weight formula. I already started on a new bottle.
– The ordinary AHA & BHA peeling solution. I love this product. Already have another bottle and will keep repurchasing for sure.
-Aztec Secret Indian healing clay mask. This is my 3rd tub and I already started working my way through a new one. I mix it with apple cider vinegar and it always leaves my skin nice and clear. A bit drying but again, my skin is oily so it helps keeping my black and white heads at bay.
-NIOD multi molecular hyaluronic complex. I read a review about this product a while ago and the author was singing its praises to the gods so I bought it. I will not be repurchasing as I did not feel like it did anything more than my other The ordinary hyaluronic acid serums.
-Revolution Glycolic acid toner. This was a flop. It was reduced for clearance in Boots and I was desperately trying to find the glycolic acid from the ordinary as I was running low. I saw this and purchased it so I could use it in the place or alongside with my deodorant. This did absolutely nothing so I will not be repurchasing.
-maybelline lash sensational sky high mascara in waterproof. As I love the normal formula, I wanted to give this one a go. I finished one tube and for some reason, the other one gave me an allergic reaction even though mascara tubes in the UK are sealed really well so it could not have been tampered wit. Not sure if I got a bad one or my eyes just do not like this product but I will not be repurchasing.
