I ordered from Yesstyle today I was so happy and excited to finally be getting back into a skincare routine and now I’m really worried.

They sent me an email telling me that my order wouldn’t be processed anymore bc they couldn’t verify the card and that I should try again using PayPal. The funds are still pending on my bank account and I’m not sure what will happen cause it’s a weekend.

Then I kept reading reviews and stuff and now I’m worried I won’t get my stuff or my money back. I already tried to speak with cx service but they haven’t replied.

Has this ever happened before to someone else? If so how did you guys solve it?

  1. It probably won’t get processed until the business week begins. This happened to me before with UberEats (they double charged me on two different accounts while I was abroad) and one of the pending charges was reversed after a few days.

    I would keep an eye on it, and in the event that you do get mistakenly charged by Yesstyle, this email should be all you need to get your credit card to reverse the charge. Credit card CS is usually much more responsive that merchant CS in these types of cases.
