I ordered from Tyche Lacquer for the first time at the beginning of the month and purchased Flying Waters. Unfortunately, my package had not arrived or updated five days past the delivery date so I was worried it might be lost.
I wasn’t sure what I needed to do so I reached out to Tyche’s support and Tay got back to me so quick saying she had already put in a missing mail search request and could send me a new package! It just made it here today and even included an amazing looking prototype that I am so excited to try out!
10/10 will definitely be ordering again. (Maybe next week cause the new collections look amazing 👀)
