It’s my favorite formula. It’s balmy and jelly at the same time. Semi opaque and non drying. The tower28 glosses seems to have the same vibes but I cannot confirm because I never test these out. Love the scent too. It’s an icy caramel/vanilla similar to the kiko 3d hydra lipgloss.
