I contacted StyleKorean about not getting points back for the "Duty & Tax Payback Event" last month. Basically, I explained via the chat bot that I made two qualifying orders and was supposed to get $23 and $28 back in points on May 15th, but never got the points back. They responded with this, so now I have no idea what to do! I never initiated a cancelation, nor did I mention anything about wanting a refund. I've already used some products from both of my huge orders and definitely don't want to have to send anything back, so now I'm worried. Is there a better way to contact them outside that chat bot thing? Also, I spent like $400, but only got like $4 back in points from the orders themselves. And my order took five weeks to arrive. Is that normal? I don't know anything about StyleKorean, this was my first order from them.
