Is it mold?

Hi dear fellow planners, I am trying to pan most colours in this palette and omg it is a struggle 🫠 I am afraid the colour love&cocoa is looking a bit off. Could that be mold?And if so, can I remove only this colour or throw out the whole thing? The palette is almost 8 years old but I do love her 😅 I always try to use up the old stuff but as it’s close to the eyes I am a bit afraid.
