What’s the most blurring, non-drying, silicone-ey matte lip product you’ve ever used?

Milktouch spread fit blur tint is soo good. So blurry, does not dry, but gives you this kind of siliconey surface. And you don’t even have to apply a lot. Pigment is very good, as in strong. I bought a few on a whim in Japan last September and now I’m mad because I didn’t get more of them.
