I nearly went a full year without making a new polish color purchase. I didn't make it, gave in seven days before to buy bright fun colors for summer. I have no regrets, none at all, and it brought me enough dopamine to do some nail art. Shout out to sassy sauce for their quick shipping and outstanding polishes.
Nails: OPI Nail Envy, three thin coats of Sassy Sauce's Dirty Margarita, thin coat of Atomic Sticky Base, placed lose black holo leopard spot glitter from Glitter Unique, thick coat of diy glitter grabber made from Glitter Unique's Gel-ish suspension base mixed with a few drops of Shiny Top Coat for consistency, Dotting tool used with Sassy Sauce's Hot Mess Express Party Train and Chicago Blues, then a final top coat of Seche Vite
These nails are thick but probably the best glitter placement I've done where I had to fight the c-curve the whole time. I probably could have gotten away with two coats of Dirty Margarita but I didn't want any visible nail line shadow under the spots. Pics taken outside on overcast day
