Finally finished this Tower 28 Gloss in the shade XOXO. Really not a fan of this formula… It's extremely watery and you need to layer it to get a nice colour. Did not enjoy panning this… Definitely won't purchase any Tower 28 glosses in the future 😬 But for a product that's clean beauty, it had a surprisingly long shelf life and the formula did not go bad at all, although I've had this for several years.
