Layered Phoenix’s Alicorn over Cirque’s Cobalt Jelly and love the results🦄🪄
I knew from the swatches that I was gonna like the flakies but probably not just by itself so I considered a few jellies and decided on Cobalt though next time I think I’ll try it over Phoenix’s Petrol Jelly!
I did 2 coats of Cobalt Jelly & 3 coats of Alicorn, though 1 coat of the jelly would’ve definitely been enough, it’s a really pigmented one.
