What toppers would look pretty over Avatar State?

I am almost obsessed with this polish. it glows blue in the dark, and has a nice blue shimmer with a fairly neutral off white base. But I am extra 😇 and I want more of a "wow" effect in regular lighting, without interfering with the glow in the dark effect! I was thinking a super glowy shimmer top coat with a clear base, like a pink or a purple would be so pretty. I have tried my only flaky topper over it (ILNP Imagine That) but I do not like it because it is not very noticeable over this polish. any and all ideas are welcome 😁 thank you!
