was going for that dispersed glass bead look but my top coat seems to have messed it up somehow – and I'm not even mad about it? it almost gives a flame- or rippling water-like effect, I think!
used:
1 x essence extreme last base coat
2 x Holo Taco No Smoking unmagnetised
1 x Holo Taco No Smoking magnetised by manually spinning a 9lb horseshoe magnet above my nail
1 x Sally Hansen Insta-Dry QDTC (red bottle) magnetised as described above
