All the packages that YesStyle sent me in February have never reached me. They don’t refund me in full and they charge me extra for reshipments. Is this normal? I’m deeply disappointed at the lack accountability.
Not specifically at you OP but all these “my Stylevana and Yesstyle package didn’t arrive so they charge to have to reship it” are getting really tiring. Like annoying yes, but not this subs problem

They reship for free, they sent me someone else’s package and asked ME to spend my own money to print and ship the package back to them and they would give me yesstyle credit.
I said no. I’m not paying anything for YOUR mistake. And I don’t want my money stuck with them (I could honestly spend it elsewhere). They said they’d “make an exception” and that “they asked and it was okay” for me to keep the wrongly sent products.
